As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting adolescents and families through life’s challenges. I believe that young people thrive when given a safe space to express themselves, explore their identities, and develop healthy coping skills—especially during times of transition, conflict, or emotional stress.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), strengths-based therapy, and family systems theory. I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship where teens feel heard and families feel supported. Whether we’re working through anxiety, behavioral concerns, identity exploration, or family communication struggles, I aim to help clients build insight, resilience, and stronger connections with themselves and others.
I have experience in residential treatment settings and I’m especially drawn to working with adolescents navigating emotional regulation, trauma, or relationship issues. My goal is to meet each client where they are—with authenticity, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for their lived experiences.
